The core job is recording strength work clearly — what you did, how much, and how it connects to the last time you did it. Everything else is being built in support of that, not instead of it.

Recorded before it syncs

A completed set is written to the device first. Network conditions never get to decide whether your work was saved.

Your history isn’t disposable

Training data moves forward through versioned migrations. It is never wiped to make room for a new schema.

Is goodLift available yet?

No. goodLift is in active development. The engineering foundation — native builds, on-device storage, and testing — is in place; the training experience itself is still being designed.

Which platforms will it support?

iOS and Android, from the same codebase, built and tested together rather than one platform following the other later.

Will it work without an internet connection?

Recording your training is being built offline-first: a finished set is saved to your device before anything depends on a network connection.

What will it cost?

Pricing hasn’t been decided. We’ll say so clearly here once it has.
